by The international fusion cuisine nights ended their week-long events last July 26. I was not able to post these events right away due pending activities to post. But, I’ll post all the remaining Sandugo activities on the upcoming days. The international fusion cuisine’s closing night has ended with a memorable performance from the Loboc Youth Ambassador Band.
I had already posted on my previous blog that we will be back and try some of the displayed foods on the fair. As promised, we went there 2 times after the opening day. First time was when there was a competition for bartending and fruit carving. There were a lot of visitors on that night. We were not able to find a vacant seat for us to dine in. I just bought 1 mamon and binignit for that night since we cannot move easily to look for other foods.
On our third visit on the food fair, we already found a table for us to dine since we were there earlier than our previous visits. That night was already the closing night of the food fair. On that night, we bought rice toppings, bibingka, nachos, waffles, chicken with rice and some drinks. Before we ended with our dinner, the closing program had started. Special awards were given to top grosser, well-decorated and people’s choice booths. The awarding was graced by no less than the governor of Bohol, Edgar Chatto.
As the night progresses, there were already a lot of people on the food fair. Maybe they already knew that Loboc Band is going to perform on that night. I have already heard a lot about the good performances from the Loboc Band but I was not yet able to witness their performance. They were not wrong with how they were able to describe the performances of the band. I was amazed on how they were able to play with the musical instruments and at the same time perform with their choreography in dancing.
